This pilot app integrates the functionalities available in the existing My Santa Cruz County app with supplementary features enhanced by blockchain technology. The Santa Cruz County DocVault empowers residents to securely store essential documents, such as specific permits, on their devices. In its initial stage, the DocVault will offer limited features, with additional use-cases scheduled for deployment in forthcoming updates.

Residents of Santa Cruz County have the option to report issues like potholes, litter, and other quality-of-life concerns to local authorities through this app, enabling them to monitor the resolution progress. Moreover, users can register to vote, access and settle property tax invoices, review parcel information, inspect restaurant evaluations, browse county job listings, discover the County's park system, and more.
